Localhorst websites live inside your browser and
your browser only.
They saved in your browsers localstorage. You can have sites under
different routes like
/about or
/site/1
Edit any site by appending
?edit to the url.
Afterwards just reload the url without the ?edit to see the changes.
Write a regular website with html, javascript and include external libraries if you want to.
Why, what's the use case?
I have no idea (yet). I just found it to be a kinda funny :P
